Meet our senior team
Tom McGarrigle. (Managing Director)
Tom is a veteran of the construction industry having started out as a painting contractor over 40 years ago. He started Mac contracting in the late 90's and has successfully steered its growth and development to the successful company it is today. He still maintains an active "hands-on" approach to every project.
Bernadette McGarrigle (Senior Admin)
Bernadette has worked alongside Tom and the team since the beginning and continues to bring her admin and client support skills to each and every aspect of the business. Her dedication to clients is second to none and has greatly contributed to the reputation the company has built up over the past 2 decades.
John Paul Warren (Senior Manager)
John Paul has overall responsibility for the day to day management of each project. He can be frequently found on site and maintains a close liaison with clients, sub contractors, suppliers and staff. His responsibilities extend to Health & Safety as well as client satisfaction and coordination.
Jay McDonald (Project Coordinator)
Jay has been in various construction roles for over 10 years and brings a level of expertise that contributes greatly to the smooth running of projects. His main responsibilities lie in the coordination between client requirements and project planning and implementation.
Joe Cole (Head Foreman)
Joe is the senior person when it comes to managing workers and subcontractors on site. He is a time served joiner with decades of skill and experience with an eye for detail that translates into a unique perspective on quality control and as a result, clients are constantly satisfied with work outcomes.
Paul Avelon (Business Development)
Paul has worked in business development for over 10 years including in the construction industry for the past 5 years. His customer focused dedication means that project ideas and requirements are skilfully translated into the highly detailed and carefully specified projects that are then managed by the team.
